We have only sailed on Radiance of the Seas before and had a balcony on deck 8, couldn't see any lifeboats but could see the white covering over them, but no obstruction. Ended up getting a D3 Balcony on Voyager (as the Guarantee ones were all sold out) 7676 on Deck 7.Aug 4, 2005 · The public bathroom is actually in part of the show lounge and when nothing is going on there - you will not even see the signs for it. The only thing about Deck 3 is that you cannot walk front to back because the ice skating rink is in the middle. You can get to the ice rink from Deck 4 descending down a glass staircase.
