Claymore vs. Astora Greatsword... I've been using my claymore for some time now. Basically since i got it and i'm about halfway through cathedral of the deep now. I have it +4 and fire (though i'm almost to the stat point where i'll swap out my fire gem). I've loved it up to this point.I just tested the claymore, Brick Hammer, and Greatsword on the giants for stagger. They are all the same. Stagger is really weird. I thought the larger the weapon the fast it will stagger. But this is not the case. using all these weapons one handed, they all stagger after 3 jump attacks.
